Altered notebook for a lovely friend!!

Hello everyone!!!

I'm here again  today, with an altered notebook i made for a very special lady. This time i took an ordinary notebook, removed the covering page and added my own  new one.Did new holes and decorated with Scrapiniec chipboards . A spring feeling for my notebook with a fairy lady, sitting on her window, seizing the moment...

Floral details with cutting papers, real paper flowers and fabrics touches, giving a romantic feeling that matches perfectly with my fantastic Scrapiniec chipboards!!!

Hope i gave you some inspiration and a motivation to start creating!!!

Art journal covering page for Mixed Media Place...

Hello dear MMP funs!!

Sunday  today with my new handmade black art journal, presenting you my front covering page.It's a bit of experimental art journal , that's why i tried to make my own handmade effort.Always watching that beautiful Finnabair creations, i couldn't resist trying experiment myself with acrylic paints and mica powders.
I have to say, that i was inspired by Athanasia's black journal idea and i want to thank her for the inspiration. Also followed Marta Lapkowska's tutorial techniques in her videos in youtube .Thank you ladies both!!So i combined these ideas and added my own style...And here it is...

First covered my page with black gesso,then glued my Scrapiniec chipboards and other embelisments and covered again with black gesso ,finally stamped and embossed with Lost an Found  7Dots clear stamp(bubbles).

                                               

Next, i played with Prima metallique Emerald green acrylic paints and mica  cooper powders plus silver acrylic paint to give a shine and extra dimention to my page.Sprayed with a white mist to give a brightness into the middle and white gesso here and there with my fingers.

Distessed edges with black jet stazon to soften color differences and placed my flowers and other embellisments ( 7Dots stickers *Destination Unknown-Verano Azul* , pearls,microbeads etc)

Some finall touches with Platinum Liquid Pearls and that's it!!

Monochromatic...

Καλησπέρα φίλοι μου!!!

Απρίλης μπήκε και η άνοιξη είναι εδώ για τα καλά!!!Και κυρίως στη διάθεσή μου...Όχι, όχι δεν έχω ανοιξιάτικη σύνθεση να σας δείξω όπως ίσως θα περιμένατε ούτε ανοιξιάτικη πρόκληση έχουμε στο Crafty Life... Μονοχρωματική σύνθεση παρακαλώ...

Ακούγεται δύσκολο όμως μη σας αποτρέπει...Διαλέξτε ένα χρώμα που θα είναι το κεντρικό σας(μαζί και τις αποχρώσεις του) και παίξτε μαζί του με μαύρο και άσπρο...

Εγώ διάλεγα το ρόζ(όχι δεν είναι το χρώμα μου...απλώς είναι ανοιξιάτικο και ταίριαζε με τη φωτό μου) χαρτί 13 arts  και chipboards απο Scrapiniec που λάτρεψα!!

Και μια συρμάτινη καρδούλα, που θεώρησα πώς ταίριαζε με την φωτό και τη διάθεση της σύνθεσης...Επίσης κλωστή σε ευθεία διάταξη που καταλήγει πλάγια, έτσι για αλλαγή...

Αυτά τα λίγα και σήμερα και ελπίζω να μην σας δυσκολέψουμε αυτό το μήνα..Λίγο πρίν το Πάσχα κάτι θα φτιάξουμε όλες(καρτούλα, καλαθάκια, σύνθεση. πινακάκια , λαμπαδούλα κλπ) εεεεε ας είναι μονοχρωματική!!

Something to remember....

Good evening everyone!!!

New month, new challenge for Scrap Africa today... A sketch challenge this time from Denise and i have a spring /summering mood already, so i wanted to create something romantic and breezy...

Choosed a 7Dots paper collection again, Lost and Found that i believed it mached perfectly with my pinterest photo... Finnabair mediums, Prima stamps, Prima Flowers and sea shells with sea sand and that's it!!
