Καλησπέρα, καλησπέρα σε όλους!!

Χρόνια πολλά με υγεία στα σπίτια μας και καλές γιορτές με φωτεινά χαμόγελα και λαμπερά ματάκια!!

Κάπου μεταξύ τρεξίματος για τις Χριστουγεννιάτικες  γιορτές, το σχολικό μπαζάρ, τα θεατρικά και τα ψώνια στο σούπερ μάρκετ για το γιορτινό τραπέζι, βρήκα χρόνο και για την πρόκληση του Crafty life challenges με αυτό το υπέροχο Moodboard σε χειμωνιάτικους τόνους και ύφος!

Το λάτρεψα....εεεε ναι αγαπώ χειμώνα.Και φέτος που μας κάνει και το χατήρι να χιονίζει στα ορεινά, είναι μαγικά!

Λάτρεψα αυτή την φωτό απο το πίντερεστ και μάλιστα μπορώ να πώ ,πώς ζήλεψα το σκηνικό της.Μακάρι να μπορούσα να βουτήξω μέσα εκεί.Μου θυμίζει τα παιδικά μου, χιονισμένα χρόνια, τότε που όλα ήταν πιο αθώα και μαγικά! Ταξίδεψα λοιπό για λίγο πίσω στο χρόνο όση ώρα την προετοίμαζα.

Ευχομαι λοιπόν σε όλους μας Καλά Χριστούγεννα και καλή δημιουργική χρονιά με υγεία, τύχη και ευημερία για όλους!! Χρόνια Πολλά!! Ειρήνη...

Ship decorating or else ''Karavaki'' calling, traditions in Greece for 7Dots Studio.

Good evening sweet friends around the world!!
This Christmas season i'm sharing with you, a lay out about ''Traditions'' in Greece for the December challenge in 7DOTS STUDIO

The Christmas Boat (Karavaki- Little ship) is part of a very old Greek tradition. It comes from the Islands where each year children go door to door singing ‘kalanda’ (Christmas Carols) usually accompanied by instruments such as triangles, guitars, accordians and harmonicas. The children on the islands carry small wooden boats, either illuminated to light the way or with enough space to store treats given to them by the residents they sing for. Some claim that this custom’s roots are linked with the December 6th Celebration of Agios Nikolas (Saint Nicholas) who is the Patron Saint of Sailors in Greece.

Christmas tree canvas, for Mixed Media Place December challenge.

Hi there again!! Have you seen our new challenge moodboard at Mixed Media Place??So inspiring and festive...i loved it!!

Creating with natural elements is always so inspiring and expressing.For this  Christmas canvas i choosed wood sticks and gold foil sheets as my main products....

Tissue paper for the background and white ,sparkle glitter! I made my own wired Christmas tree star .A simple work but still so serene..Lindy's mists and distress ink made my tree canvas...magical! Enjoy the season

Hello everyone and welcome in our new challenge blog Mixed Media and Art

This fresh idea of Olya Kravets , brings a new era in the Russian scrappy world and not only there..And i'm so excited!! And deeply honored to be asked and joining this talented Design Team!

And here is our first challenge moodboard that i really loved!!

For my very first post i choosed 7dots papers and Prima triagle cutted  too ,that muched well. I was inspired by the colors of this awesome moodboard and i tried to create some textures like the ones over there.For the background i took a clear crackle Finnabair medium and added some 13 arts microspheres and some Teal Magical powder from Lindy's stamp gang.I drown some lines and above all that i decorated my page.

 Prima flowers are my favourite and leaves too.Butterfly chipboards and a  birds flying stamp , gave a sense of motion and air.Finally i couldn't reasist on that tiny circus embellisment...
